I've tried these instructions but don't work. Can somebody help?

1)extract the zip file locally
2)use FTP client to upload the extracted file to /tmp folder onto Netfirms server.
3)Move the zip file out of this directory (/tmp)
4)Run the installation process again (using the "install from directory" option)
